Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are one of the leading global management consulting firms seeking support for a Telecom project in the United States that includes the improvement of the customer experience journey. We seek an expert in mobile telecom customer experience management to lead the project work stream.
Candidates should have:
- OR 7+ years experience in the US mobile telecom industry (preferably in marketing, channels or product management), and recent position as customer experience manager for a telecom, tech or consumer product at a reputable firm.
- OR 5+ years experience in management consulting with a leading firm, specialty in Telecom and/or Customer Experience, and recent project experience related to customer journey redesign.
Candidates must have experience with customer journey mapping, hassle mapping, process design, and customer focus groups.
Project start date is March 12th, but we could be flexible for a week or two for the right candidate. The project requires a full-time commitment, generally with 4 days/week at the client site (Eastern and/or Southern United States).
The daily rate is flexible for the right candidate, please bid your preferred rate.
