Objectives and Key Deliverables

The objective of the project is to analyze a specific credit card portfolio to develop a segmentation scheme and identify opportunities to optimize lifecycle marketing practices across Early Month on Books (EMOB) and Existing Cardholder Management (ECM) to increase cardholder activation and use.

We are a payments focused consultancy and are already working on the project in various aspects, e.g. analysis of the underlying portfolio data. Due to various changes in the team, we are seeking senior support from somebody with deep industry expertise to dive into the analysis and identify opportunities.

Skills required
- Extensive experience in credit card management, esp. around segmentations and lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Background in credit card issuing or with a card scheme
- Consulting experience a plus

Support can be remote, but travel to NYC for team meetings and potentially a client trip in the east coast area possible, therefore ideally at least US based, potentially East Coast.
