Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a global IT Workspace, Managed Cloud and Applications development and support firm based in London, Amsterdam, and the US with operations in 24 countries with $1.3B in revenue and 9,000 employees.
This is a very unique opportunity for the right individual who wants to be mentored and grow in a fast-paced technology environment. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic senior manager level individual to assist in supporting our regional MDs (sales), the Global Head of Sales and the COO. The position will report to the Global FP&A lead with dotted line reporting to the COO and Global Head of Sales. The position has the following responsibilities:
Gross Margin/ profitability (by customer, project, region, market vertical, etc.)
Product sales mix analysis
Client support- operationalising contracts
Bid support- building out financial impact assessment etc.
Provide consistency with COS/GM calculations
Consistent and efficient use of Salesforce.com system across the globe
This person will work closely with finance, sales and operations.
Strong and proven leadership skills
Strong business, operational, and financial acumen
Ability to ‘roll up the sleeves’/detailed oriented
Prior top tier consulting or investment banking (1-3 years, no more) combined with some line business/leadership experience.
Private Equity/PE Portfolio company operations experience preferred.
Ability to travel globally 30-50% of time.
Bachelors in Business or Engineering Preferred
MBA not required but helpful (depending on the quality of the undergrad degree)
Could be located anywhere but Chicago, Dallas, Austin, or London Preferred.
Likely OTE around $200k
