Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a joint venture between a consulting firm with focus on leadership, growth and business transformation and a Tech/IT company with a focus on 21st century IT-landscapes and tailor-made digital tools. For one of our clients in the healthcare industry we are looking for support of our team.
We are looking for an agile coach with several years of experience in the implementation of agile methods in large corporations.
At the beginning of the project we need a sparring partner for the development of a training program and the training material (max. of 4 days per month).
The main focus of the project will be the execution of train-the trainer workshops and executive workshops. For this we need a trainer who has experience in the
conception, implementation and follow-up of agile methodological workshops for employees and managers of large companies in cooperation with internal trainers.
The project is bound to last approx. 6 months and we estimate the involvement of the freelance consultant to be max. 12 days per month. The consultant will be required to be onsite in Northern Germany. Furthermore the project may require some travelling to subsidiaries.
The budget is not fixed and depends on the seniority and experience of the trainer.
Please note that this project is in a pitch stage, but we are the only consultancy invited to submit an offer with a high likelihood of being awarded the contract.
1. Do you have 3+ years of experience in implementing agile techniques in large
Please submit your application by the end of the week after next. We would like to include the profile of the freelance consultant in the team introduction, hence please submit your proposals asap.
Details for project kick-off to follow soon, but likely to be early August 2018.
