Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a fast growing and well funded start up based in Berlin Germany. As we are growing rapidly we need support of our core team. May this be on an interim basis at first or a full time basis right away.

One of our most important challenges is to grow our sales and revenues. Hence we are looking for support of our sales team and as our next Business Development Manager this exciting opportunity gets your entrepreneurial skills flowing to make a real difference in an early stage startup breaking into a long-standing market. You will be responsible for securing new partnerships with key players to satisfy our customer’s needs - everything from private landlords to housing corporations. By contributing with your with a roll-up your sleeves kind of attitude and creative ideas you will live the entrepreneurial spirit to the fullest to think of long term acquisition solutions. You will lead the development and implementation of all our business development strategies that have a defining impact on the growth of our business.

Role:
- Developing strategies relating to customer satisfaction and growth
- Reaching out to potential customers
- Conducting research on new potential partners and identifying new markets
- Building unit economics models with different pricing scenarios to prove financial viability of new services
- Securing new long-term partnerships
- Acting as the key negotiating party to our B2B partners, lawyers and banks


Requirements:
- Background in Business, Sales, Account Management or a related field
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills
- Proven track record in the real estate market
- Proficiency in salesforce and MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Native German speaker
