Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are global professional services company providing business consulting and IT services. We serve 34% of the Fortune 500 and 46% of the Fortune Global 500.
We are currently seeking a SME in the pharma space to support our client by understanding Pharma industry specifics to help them shape their future operating model.
The consultant will work closely with Senior Management in a small pharma company. The ideal candidate has to have depth in pharma knowledge from a business perspective and the ability to work closely with apps and IT to enable a smooth transition of requirements to and ERP and CRM system for the future.
All candidates must have some business process redesign experience in pharma gained in a consultancy.
Our client is active in female health, mainly distribution. In the future, they might integrate upstream or move across TAs and therefore need to construct an operating model and supporting systems that is flexible and scaleable.
The ideal candidate would have a good knowledge of Pharma business processes and core understanding of compliance requirements in a highly regulated industry. They do not need to be regulatory experts but familiar with some of the issues around GxP. As the current focus is distribution, a solid understanding of channels to markets in key geographies is critical.
The overall role for the consultant will be:
1. Pulling together operating model needs (business user requirements) to ensure that the processes and systems that are put in place will help the company set up properly for the future.
2. Thinking through the data that the company will have access to internally and externally and developing an overall data management strategy, from a business perspective.
Assignment is expected to last 10-12 weeks and could be 3-5 days per week over the period. Still subject of confirmation.
