Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a consulting firm based in UAE and we have been appointed as an expert Out of Home (OOH) advertising consultant to review a client’s current and planned asset portfolio, and support it to understand the full scale of available advertising rights in the District.
Furthermore, the project will focus on creating the structure, commercial policy, and strategy of advertising within the asset portfolio. This will include the financial benchmarking and modelling of these rights in order for the client to have a clear understanding of how advertising rights will be a part of the overall commercial legacy strategy.
We are currently looking to hire a Project Manager / Consultant that is capable to deliver the scope of service, including itemised asset database of core advertising assets (both current and future) available for commercialization, CAPEX and OPEX report for development costs, concession model report, market valuation of portfolio (existing and planned) and finally roadmap for implementation.
This project is on-site in Dubai, UAE.
