Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a PE-backed, German medical device business which is seeking interim support for our in-house sales & commercial operations team.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in in-house sales. We would like successful applicants to begin as soon as possible on a 3 month contractor basis with the possibility of extension. There will also be an option for full-time hiring at the end of the agreed project period.

The role is full-time, 5-days a week, based South East of Munich.

• National and international representation of HQ In-House Sales & Commercial Operations, including sales admin & analysis
• Development, implementation and monitoring of all relevant back office processes
• Process owner of the ERP transition to Navision 16 for back office processes
• Definition of KPIs and ad hoc standardized sales reports and analysis
• Consolidation of sales forecasts
• Cost planning for bonusses of sales teams
• Reporting and analyzing of CRM statistics in Microsoft Dynamics, as well as monitoring data quality in cooperation with sales
• Responsible for the risk management in the back office (credit lines, payment default, open receivables, etc.) in cooperation with sales
• Supervision of corporate compliance policies
• Interim team lead for administration with the tasks of master data maintenance, cost management, travel and expense management, sales assistance and contract management
• Identifying potentials and efficiencies, as well as weaknesses in the sales process
• Initialization, cooperation, coordination of special projects in coordination with the management of in-house services

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a sales environment
• Management experience not mandatory, but a plus
• Proven and excellent analytical skills
• Strong team and communication skills
• Innovative thinking and enthusiasm for new ideas/processes
• A high degree of self-initiative and motivation
• We are not seeking the typical consultant but rather a hands on implementation expert
• Fluent in German and solid English skills, as well as a profound intercultural understanding
• Available full-time on-site South East of Munich with the possibility of extension as well as transfer into full time employment
