Objectives and Key Deliverables
Our client is a consulting firm who specialize in operational excellence who are currently looking for an ex-McKinsey (or top-tier) engagement manager for a transformation project for a private Swiss bank in Geneva.
The consultant will be joining a team of 3 on phase 2 of a transformation engagement in the ‘back office’ of a private Swiss client (40 employees) to increase efficiency and assess outsourcing needs of the client.
The objective is to increase efficiency of the team and effectiveness of the process for the internal customer.
Outsourcing strategy experience is not required and knowledge in banking is a real plus but not mandatory. The important skills are operational transformation: process optimization, performance management implementation, team capacity management.
Top-tier background, ex-McKinsey preferred at engagement manager level (otherwise top-tier -BCG, Bain preferred)
Fluent in French
Operations/banking experience desirable
Transformation experience in lean banking desirable
