Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are seeking an experienced consultant in order to conduct process improvement and technology implementation work.

The project will start August 1st and run for an estimated two months.

Project will be based on-site in Cape Town, South Africa with flexibility for some remote work.

· Develop a complete operational workflow with process mapping including As Is Assessment
· Determine quick wins and efficiencies/optimization
· Implement quick wins – training internal team where necessary – document changed processes
· Determine To Be Workflow and automation plan
· Develop Tech Requirements to implement To Be in consultation with in house Tech team

Strong consulting or technology background
Experience conducting process improvement and technology implementations
Financial services experience a plus
