Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are currently acquiring a construction service business and require a CFO to stand up the entity, implement new reporting standards and then move on to operational improvements.

The business is being carved out of a parent company and there is no CFO in place. The rest of management is excellent but we are looking to provide them with a CFO to help navigate private equity ownership. The finance function has 20-25 people spread across a small number of locations in the US.

Key experiences will be:
- Setting up financial reporting in a private equity environment.
- Experience taking a family owned business into private equity ownership.
- Cost reduction initiatives.
- Systems integrations.
- M&A

The business is quite remote so travel is very likely. There are airports over an hour away with good connections. There is also a private flight from Nashville at the start and end of the week.

We are open on budget for the right person and have a preference for someone who would consider moving into a permanent role.
