Objectives and Key Deliverables
You will work very closely with the Director for Growth and the UK and Group BI team to deliver comprehensive customer lifecycle and web analytics analysis to the business to help drive critical business decisions.
The role involves generating very specific analysis core to the business model of the client. You will have experience of cohort modelling, retention curves, funnel analysis, customer site / app journeys and be comfortable pivoting data to dissect behaviours using these frameworks.
You should be able to extract quantifiable recommendations and present your findings in a clean and clear fashion.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working to clear briefs and creating aggregate views of data in SQL databases to answer business queries. Examples of prior work in this area a definite advantage.
This is a senior role reporting to the UK Director for Growth. The consultant should have strong commercial experience and be familiar with customer insights.

Experience querying large SQL databases
Expert in Excel or similar spreadsheet based analysis
Experience extending web analytics analysis through SQL
Experience identifying critical metrics and controlling for external factors
Comfortable drawing conclusions when working with new data sets
Comfortable dealing with messy unstructured data
Comfortable forming commercial insights from customer data
Expertise in SQL and making decisions from the data.
Commercial experience in an analytical role, ideally from an online business or consultancy
Proven record of delivering exceptional value through analytics
Can distil complex information into intuitive data visualisations
Understands importance of core metrics and how to make these the focus of a report
High level of attention to detail
Experience using data visualisation platforms (Tableau preferred)
