Objectives and Key Deliverables

Purpose:

A multinational energy company is looking for a Change and Engage lead to develop, plan and lead the change and engage activities under Performance and Deployment which includes the roll out of the new Performance Management System and the implementation of Assignment Pro for expatriates.

Key Responsibilities
For Performance Management:
• Lead change & engage workstream on the rollout of a refreshed performance management approach across the Company, working closely with other project workstreams (performance assessment and calibration, systems, goal setting, etc), other projects (overall HR change, changes to leadership potential) and key stakeholders (internal communications)
• Lead change related capability and upskilling development activities relating to goal setting, coaching and assessments
• Lead change and engage activity related to the roll-out and use of a Salesforce based Performance Assessment Tool (PAT), including interface with PAT programme team, change and engage plan for release, and capability and upskilling activities with line managers, HR and change agents
• Creation and management of stakeholder map and engagement plans (including scheduling sessions, preparation of materials etc) as appropriate
• Development of a change plan (including the change impact assessment, change health tracker, development of key change activities and initiatives)
• Management of project sharepoint and associated support materials
• Management of change agent network (450 leaders) and associated tasks such as upskilling, planning and leading their engagement activities
• Provide support to other workstreams in creating impactful communication & engagement materials

For Assignment Pro:
• Creation and management of stakeholder map and engagement plans (including scheduling sessions, preparation of materials etc)
• Development of a change plan (including the change impact assessment, change health tracker, development of key change activities and initiatives)
• Lead change related capability and upskilling development activities for IM Operations Advisers including organizing awareness and training sessions
• Interface with the Workday Change and Engage team alignment of program roll out and change and engage activities
• Management of change agent network (12 leaders) and associated tasks such as upskilling, planning and leading their engagement activities

Key skills and experience:
• Strong knowledge of communication channels and change models
• Recognised change management certification(s)
• Solid experience of effective internal communications and employee engagement campaigns
• IT roll-out experience and a good working knowledge of new media technologies
• Track record of successful delivery of change and engage activity, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, training/capability building support, etc
• Strong stakeholder management and creative thinking skills, including the ability to work confidently across multiple projects and to translate content into a simple to understand format
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• An approachable personality and a high work ethic
• 5-7+ years experience in change management
