Objectives and Key Deliverables
A leading company that sells refuse vehicles is looking to optimise their company sales structure. They want to streamline their sales processes, across all of their offices.They are currently operating within 22 countries across Europe. Each country is currently using different methodology for its sales structure, They are not utilising standardised/ unified reporting or opportunity forecasting.They want to develop a unified strategy to improve the sales performance of each country. They want to improve their methodology for reporting, so that they can optimise their overall company structure. They currently do not have software in place in the form of a unified CRM. It maybe that this becomes part of the project. The initial phases are into improve their current system with the use of excel.
The company has to have transparency about activities so that they can monitor performance. Identify successful products, markets, growth sectors. provide accurate forecasting analyse pipeline activity Educate the sales teams to best practice (Flexibility to travel to operations in different countries when required) Ability to review product lines. - Must be driven and commercially minded. - Must develop a time frame and strategy plan for delivery of each milestone for optimisation. - Must have experience in sales strategy enhancement, availability to commit to a long term project.- a Familiarity with refuse management would be beneficial. -This is an onsite project, and will involve liasing and organising senior members of the company.
