Objectives and Key Deliverables

Our client (a French based FMCG firm present in France, Spain, Belgium, UK, Germany & US) wants to reduce its Marketing & Comm spend across geographies.

Categories : Media, Creation, Print, PSA, Packaging, Events, Digital mktg, Video production, Mkt Studies. Experts can cover 1 or + categories

We are seeking for local experts (1 per country) able to :

1. Map our client's spend (categories x geographies)
2. Benchmark against best market conditions
3. Propose action plan with improvement levers
4. Manage RFIs and RFQs
5. Negotiate with local - global suppliers

Project to be handled by expert locally, under coordination of Paris-based PMO
Timeframe : april to october 16

1- spend map
2- benchmarks
3- action plan (actions, time, resources)
4- RFIs & RFQs per category
5- renegotiated contracts

At least 8-10 years in the categories of their expertise
An expert needs to be expert in at least 1 category
Operationnal experience (hands-on) required
