Objectives and Key Deliverables
The Objective of the project is to get a deep understanding of the Spanish market in both retail and foodservice for the following products: Ramen, Fried rice, Gyozas and macarons.
For this to be achieved, fields visits need to be performed in the 3 biggest Spanish cities (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia).
During these visits, the candidate should perform "mystery shopping", gathering information for our target products at retail stores (mini retail shops, supermarkets, hypermarkets) as well as customer interviews.
Pictures should be taken of the products within the store.
In addition, the candidate should also perform store checks for wholesalers & distribution channels for foodservice.
One of our consultants might accompany the person in one of the cities to go through the process together and then the candidate can continue on their own in the other two cities.
