Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a fast growing, entrepreneurial consulting firm specialised in business transformation consulting in Australia working with some of the top national firms.

We are looking for Senior Consultants and Managers to join us permanently to work with our blue chip clients (mainly telco) in areas of Change Management and Business Transformation. As an example, one of the current projects is a major transformation and implementation of Risk Management services within the Systems Engineering and Operations (SEO) business unit.

This project's Aims & Objectives:
- Uplifting organisational culture, raising organisational awareness and capability to strengthen risk management practices.

Deliverables:
•Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.

•Ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time to help increase employee awareness, adoption and usage - with a focus on people-focused change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.

•Creating and implementing change management, training and communications strategies and plans that maximise employee awareness and understanding.

•Minimise resistance of a newly established risk function and associated messages, tools, processes and roles.

•Drive faster adoption of expected behaviours, new processes and system usage.

•Support individual product owners in the Risk team by helping to integrate change management and communications activities into their project plans.

Experience Required
We're hiring two different type people with 3-4 years of experience in either
1. Risk management experience ideally from Big 4
2. Change management & business transformation experience
