Objectives and Key Deliverables

Our company is a global pioneer in payments and cards space.

- We are looking for a marketing analyst based in Hong Kong to support and execute best-in-class integrated and digital marketing strategies and initiatives with external and internal business stakeholders. He or she will be accountable to us and a leading issuer in Hong Kong.
- Embedded into a leading issuer’s marketing team, s/he will execute marketing plans and deliverables to drive new launches, acquisitions and share of wallet. The candidate needs to be competent in project management, data, customer insights and marketing performance metrics to deliver results-driven integrated marketing and digital marketing programmes and campaigns.

 At least 6 years relevant experience with multi-national financial institutions including
digital marketing hands-on experience
 Experience in cards product marketing preferred
 Hands on experience and knowledge in executing digital marketing initiatives
 Ability to multi task effectively and excel under pressure in a fast paced environment
 Strong P&L management
 Demonstrable experience in executing and managing key marketing channels,
SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising
 Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital
campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
 Track record of designing and running successful lead generation campaigns that are
metrics oriented and ROI focused
 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking


Integrated & Digital Marketing Execution
 Support and drive effective integrated marketing (including digital) plans to support key product imperatives which include launch, acquisition and lifecycle marketing (LCM) initiatives
 Manage and execute marketing plans in alignment with key strategic and business objectives and revenue plans of the issuer
 Manage vendors and third party agencies to co-ordinate and execute in a timely manner launch and marketing activities

Stakeholders & Project Management:
 Prepare presentations for senior internal and external stakeholders to deliver a strategic operating model for key marketing initiatives
 Lead engagements with third party agencies to co-ordinate and execute in a timely manner launch and marketing activities
 Support and execute on an end-to-end basis the key aspects and processes of product marketing, acquisition initiatives and product launches spanning from inception, strategy, planning execution to campaign performance and optimization.
 You will manage and execute multiple product marketing related work streams and respective stakeholders of different functions and levels to achieve a common outcome to deliver effective marketing activities that generate results

Marketing Analytics & Performance:
 Support strategic initiatives that leverage solutions which utilize our data, insights and solutions to improve segmentation and sharpen audience targeting for key marketing activities. Identify market and digital trends and insights and optimize marketing spend and performance based on relevant data and insights
 Deliver engagements that include innovations, solutions and platforms to provide the necessary marketing thought leadership to influence and increase marketing performance and efficiency
 Prepare and manage tracking mechanisms which utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across offline and online channels and customer touch points to optimize user funnels to drive higher conversion so to improve customer response and/acquisition
 Support digital first agenda for key launches and marketing campaigns by supporting, planning and executing and optimizing digital marketing efforts which include performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media and supporting programs, etc.

Project Governance:
 Deliver and initiate critical success stories and reference key product marketing activities to the issuer and our company
 Prepare and manage documentations and processes that help track and measure and report performance of all integrated marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)\
 Manage and conduct regular reviews and meetings with senior stakeholders and working teams respectively to track projects progress and report performance
