Objectives and Key Deliverables
We’re a successful Online Insurance provider. We serve the needs of the small business and landlord community.
Due to continued success, the business is about to embark on a significant recruitment programme both this year and next.
We require the support of an experienced Programme/ Project Manager. This is a multi-faceted role reporting to the Head of Group Change, working closely with the CTO along with L&D, Facilities, Finance and Talent teams.
You will be required to build and coordinate workstreams and play a significant role in strategic risk management throughout.
For clarity, we are looking for a process led Project Manager to create cross-functional workstreams and NOT a talent acquisition/ recruitment / HR expert.
- 5+ years exp. in a similar role/ team.
- Experience in a related recruitment programme
- London based and immediately available
- 3 months duration with a potential to extend to 6 months
