Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are in the process of conducting due diligence on a company in the Greater China region. It's an online-only apparel brand focused on specific niche segment of within the apparel that is more casual and everyday-wear in nature. It currently offers its products through its own website and has successfully built a strong brand presence and customer loyalty through online channel.
We are seeking to conduct a due diligence on the e-commerce operation that would need to address: core KPI analysis (traffic, conversion, order profile, CAC, LTV of customers, etc.), benchmark to global and Asian industry performance standards, review of the marketing strategy, and assessment of the system in place for CRM and marketing
We would like to have a Powerpoint presentation of adequate length and contents (c.25 pages) that summarizes the findings and web analytics output in a form of quantitative tools, such as Excel.
At least one debriefing of the findings through phone/video calls.
We are focused on analytical and managerial skillsets required to evaluate and provide advise on the web traffic analysis, online marketing competency, and e-commerce capability.
Candidate needs to have exposure to e-commerce businesses in Asia. They can have a background in a marketing or digital agency or could have worked as online marketing analyst in the industry.
Project is starting beginning to mid July.
