Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a new startup company based in Kent taking over two existing businesses that:
1) supply temporary labour to the waste management sector
2) supply temporary labour to the commercial fit-out sector
3) provide waste collection and disposal service to the commercial fit-out sector
We need to model our business and, in particular, focus on effective cashflow management, identification of key revenue and profit drivers, and most importantly to understand where our focus for growth will derive from.
1) Financial model(s) of our business
2) Identification of key KPIs for management reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Experience in the resource / consulting sector would be advantageous. Most importantly, experience of building robust models that can be adapted as the business grows.
